These terms cover Cars That Fit, operated by Bradley Operations Group LLC ("we," "us"), a California limited liability company based in Newport Beach, California. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What the tool can tell you

Cars That Fit helps you explore vehicles, compare preferences, and estimate fit for your family, car seats, gear, parking space and budget. Our results use available evidence and your answers. Missing information, optional equipment and estimates are labeled; a recommendation is not a guarantee that a particular vehicle or configuration will fit.

Confirm the exact model year, trim, equipment, price and measurements before buying. Check car-seat installation against the vehicle and car-seat manufacturers' instructions, and check physical fit in person. Crash ratings describe the tested vehicle and rating program; they do not promise protection in every crash. Our information is a starting point, not professional safety, financial or legal advice.

Your account

You can browse without an account. You must be at least 18 to create an account, share a household or submit contributions. Use an email address you own and control, and keep access to it secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Signing in lets your setup follow you across devices. A Cars That Fit account is only for Cars That Fit. The account disclosure explains what syncs. Each adult sharing a household uses a separate account. Share only information you have the right to share. You can delete your account from the account controls in My stuff.

Acceptable use and contributions

Do not submit false, misleading, spammy, infringing or unlawful information; violate another person's rights or privacy; misrepresent your identity or authority; or interfere with the site or its security. We may remove content or suspend access that violates these terms.

For measurements, reviews, notes or other content you deliberately submit for publication as a contribution to Cars That Fit, you keep ownership. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display and distribute that contribution in connection with operating and promoting Cars That Fit. You confirm you have the rights needed to grant this license. The license survives account deletion for contributions already published. We may review or decline submissions.

This contribution license does not cover your private account or family setup, household information, shopping plans, preferences, saved items or support correspondence. Entering that information in the tool or sending it to support does not make it a public contribution. Its handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Car photos have the specific agreement below.

Photos of your car

You can add a photo of a car you own so My Stuff shows your car instead of our catalog picture. You need an account, and the app asks you to tap Agree before anything uploads. These photo terms are version car-photo-2026-09-15; we record which version you agreed to and when.

You keep ownership of your photo.
Your license to us. You grant Bradley Operations Group LLC, which operates Cars That Fit, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, crop, resize, adapt, publish, display, and distribute the photo on Cars That Fit and in promoting it — for example, next to reviews people post on the site and in posts about the site. We may sublicense these rights only to others who act for us, such as the service providers that host the site. We don't pay for photos, and we may choose not to use one.
Your promises. You took the photo or have every right needed to grant this license, and it shows no people and no readable license plate.
Removing a photo. You can remove it anytime from the car's page in My Stuff. We then delete it from your account and stop starting new uses of it. This license survives removal, and deletion of your account, for any use we have already published.
Our choices. We may crop, resize, or remove any photo, including one that breaks these terms. "Acceptable use" and "Your responsibility for what you submit" apply to photos too.

Your responsibility for what you submit

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for, and to reimburse us and our operators for, third-party claims, losses or reasonable costs arising from content you submit or misuse of the site in violation of these terms. We may take over the defense of such a claim, and you agree to cooperate if we do.

Third-party content and links

Manufacturers, dealers, video platforms and other linked services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control them or guarantee their products, offers or availability. Any purchase or other dealings with them are between you and that provider. Vehicle names and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

Embedded videos use YouTube API Services. By loading or playing an embedded YouTube video, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Before the player loads, we ask you to agree to our Privacy Policy. You can instead choose an external link to watch on YouTube.

The consultation draw is currently closed. These terms do not create an entry or a right to a consultation. A future draw would be governed by its separately published Official Rules.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Cars That Fit is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss arising from reliance on information in the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Changes and ending access

We may update, change or discontinue features and update these terms as the site evolves. We will update the date above for material changes. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or end access for violations or if we discontinue the service. The sections on contributions, photos, responsibility for submissions, disclaimers, liability and governing law continue to apply after access ends.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by California law, subject to any protections and rights that applicable law gives you. You may bring a dispute in a court with jurisdiction, including a small-claims court for an eligible claim. These terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to a jury trial or participation in a class action. If a part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are the entire agreement about the site.
